Super rich place, serving of noodles is huge, worth the salsita peanut butter for the rolls is very rich too. Is a place of new venture, we support our go to eat of Aguascalientes and there, highly recommended !!

El precio es razonable para la porción generosa y es saludable. Si nunca has probado Pho, es un tazón de caldo de carne de res con un sabor muy peculiar por las especias que se utilizan en la preparación. Se acompaña con germen de soya, albahaca fresca y cilantro, menta, limón, hoisin sauce y Sriracha.
Las mejores. Albahaca fresca es básico. No tenían.
El Pho necesita más sabor. Le falta o tiempo o más tendones o carne para que esté sabroso. También le pondría más anís y cardamomo.
To be the first place of Vietnamese food in Aguascalientes is fine and I give them 4 stars to motivate them, but there are things to improve. The price is reasonable for the generous portion and is healthy. If you have never tried Pho, it is a bowl of beef broth with a very peculiar taste for the spices used in the preparation. It is accompanied with soy germ, fresh basil and coriander, mint, lemon, hoisin sauce and Sriracha.
The best. Fresh basil is basic. They did not have.
The Pho needs more flavor. It lacks or time or more tendons or meat to make it tasty. I would also add more anise and cardamom.
