Se llamó para preguntar si las fotos podían ser digitales, fuimos a que las tomaran, se dio el correo a donde se tenían que mandar, nos dieron las fotos físicas y nos fuimos, al ver que no las enviaban se llamó para ver que pasaba y querían que volviéramos a pagar para enviarlas. Nunca dijeron que si las aceptábamos físicas ya no las iban a mandar y se aclaró que se necesitaban digitales desde un principio.
