★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y calidad, si eres de la UNAM y necesitas fotos para tu título no pierdas el tiempo en este lugar, se tardan en entregarte las fotografías una semana, el precio es muy elevado y la escuela te las va a regresar.
y si vas a reclamar te dicen que te las cambian y te regresan las mismas fotografias...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA - Guarda tu dinero y ahorrate el coraje.
La atención brindada es MUY grosera. No tengo idea de las opciones que ofrecen, responden como si hicieran el favor y la vieja que atiende me gritó.
Aparte, el precio está impresionante, $630 mxn por 3 fotos impresas para título en papel mate adherible y una digital.
No sabía si la foto digital tenía que ir en ovalo y la pedí normal, pero sí la necesitaba en ovalo. Me cobraron otros $100 mxn por hacer la "edición".
Por pura necesidad y por seguir en pandemia pagué tanto, pero mejor ahórrate el coraje.
UPDATE - Primero me mandaron la foto en "ovalo" con una franja negra que no me iban a recibir en la universidad, así que solicité que se lo quitaran. La segunda foto que recibí se veía mordida y de bajísima calidad.
Ha pasado una semana y siguen sin resolverme, además los que atienden me alzaron la voz y no me quieren entregar con especificaciones que les di desde un inicio, ni regresarme el dinero.
