★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un bloque de 10 sesiones en las cuales, el equipo de physimed organizó ejercicios acorde al progreso que iba reflejando. Iniciamos con terapias de estiramiento y electroterapia, posteriormente, pasamos a terapias en las que se enfocaban en movimiento de la zona lesionada y por último se enfocaron en el fortalecimiento dicha zona.
Todos los del equipo fueron muy amables y atentos con mi seguimiento, tanto en las terapias presenciales como mi progreso en casa.
I had a block of 10 sessions in which the physimed team organized exercises according to the progress it was reflecting. We started with stretching and electrotherapy therapies, then we went to therapies that focused on the movement of the injured area and finally focused on strengthening that area.
Everyone on the team was very kind and attentive to my follow-up, both in face-to-face therapies and my progress at home.
