La fisioterapia con calor, ultrasonido y masaje en la columna lumbar que me proporcionaron fue extraordinaria, dese el primer día el dolor se redujo considerablemente y conjuntamente con los ejercicios que me prescribieron y supervisaron durante cada sesión fueron eliminando el dolor y devolviendo la fuerza a mi brazo que prácticamente ya no estaba yo utilizando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me operaron mis dos rodillas el 12 de febrero 2022, (artroscopia bilateral de rodilla)una semana después empecé mi rehabilitación en Physio Andavance (Clinica de rehabilitation) con Mario, al principio fue doloroso y difícil pero trabajamos 3 días a la semana y un mes después el progreso que tuve fue fantástico, pase de la silla de ruedas a la caminadora y el bastón al final, hasta que mi balance fue normal, Mario es fantástico a dos meses de la cirugía mi movilidad es casi normal, los ejercicios y sus conocimientos han logrado casi mi recuperación al 100%, recomiendo ampliamente esta clínica para recuperación y su terapista Mario es increíblemente profesional y dedicado a sus pacientes, sigo tomando mi terapia en línea porque estoy en USA, y cuando me dio esta opción de seguir mi rehabilitación fui la más feliz y aquí seguiré hasta que Mario de mi alta. Gracias mi calidad de vida es mucho mejor!
My two knees were operated on on February 12, 2022, (bilateral knee arthroscopy) a week later I started my rehabilitation at Physio Andavance (rehabilitation clinic) with Mario, at first it was painful and difficult but we worked 3 days a week and a month then the progress I had was fantastic, I went from the wheelchair to the treadmill and the cane at the end, until my balance was normal, Mario is fantastic two months after the surgery my mobility is almost normal, the exercises and his knowledge they have achieved almost 100% recovery, I highly recommend this clinic for recovery and your therapist Mario is incredibly professional and dedicated to his patients, I continue to take my therapy online because I am in the USA, and when he gave me this option to continue my rehabilitation I went the happiest and here I will continue until Mario discharges me. En mi caso particular, el reto represento algo mas allá de lo tradicional, debido a que mi cirugía fue practicada en la Florida, y por supuesto, tanto los records en ingles como la práctica quirúrgica siguiendo métodos artroscopicos innovados, no representaron ningún problema para el centro terapéutico. Mario me ayudó tremendamente a sanar y a recuperar tanto el rango de movimiento, como mi salud y bienestar general. Las sesiones fueron siempre puntuales, profesionales, dirigidas a restablecer mi movilidad mecánica, así como fundamentadas o basados en un solido conocimiento técnico sobre las funciones de cada músculo, anclajes mecánicos usados para reparar mi hombro y aplicando ejercicios, estiramientos y repeticiones que no solo me permitieron continuar avanzando bien, sino que en forma rápida y segura.
