★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y mala atención; No sé si la inmobiliaria sea así o sólo de el asesor Carlos Cordero que nos mostró una propiedad en Solares Residencial, yo soy asesor profesional y nunca me había tocado una mala experiencia con otros colegas.
Para empezar nunca me envió los requisitos de renta, mismos que le pedí en reiteradas ocasiones en diferentes horarios y que nunca me hizo llegar, para la cita le pregunté su disponibilidad a las 5pm y primero me dijo que estaba ocupado por notaría y otra persona nos iba a apoyar, pasó una hora y nos agendó una cita a las 11 de la mañana con la ubicación diciendo que "allá nos vemos" una cita desfasada de horario y que no pedimos, al comentarle que NO le confirme nunca una cita en ese horario y que por favor nos dijera para notificarle a nuestro cliente, ya con eso dijo que sí podía a las 5pm y agendamos.
Al llegar el asesor no nos permitió pasar a menos que llegara el cliente porque "debíamos entrar todos juntos" Siendo que el cliente ya estaba adentro, ( eso de entrar todos no es verdad, yo tengo casa en Solares y no hay ese tipo de restricciones dento de los cotos).
Al finalizar la cita, pensamos que la calle era de un sólo sentido porque así es mi coto dentro de Solares, por lo que pasamos a la siguiente calle para salir, el asesor hace sonar su claxon, por lo que me regreso, al acercarnos le iba a dar las gracias pero antes de poder decirle algo groseramente nos comenta: "¿Sí se salen por favor?"
Nos acompañó en auto hasta la entrada sólo para asegurarse de que sí nos íbamos a salir, una vez fuera giro su auto y volvió a entrar.
Jamás me había tocado un asesor tan adusto y poco afable. Los asesores son la imagen y el corazón de una inmobiliaria, es importante cuidar el servicio que otorgan. Con mucho gusto le hubiera mostrado nuestra inscripción ante asosiación CC o AMPI, o el acta constitutiva de nuestra inmobiliaria si así hubieranos recibido un mejor trato.
Después me enteté que una compañera de otra inmobiliaria le tocó cita en la misma propiedad con el mismo asesor y NO le preguntaron si también estaba en asosiación como nosotros, y que incluso le dejó las llaves para que mostrara la propiedad, siendo que a nosotros incluso casi casi nos corrió del Fraccionamiento. Lamentablemente quiero pensar que sólo por vernos jóvenes nos atendió tan mal, o pensó que sólo ibamos a ver o que no éramos asesores, pero para esta profesión no hay edades y no debes juzgar a nadie.

At the end of the appointment, we thought that the street was one-way because that is my preserve within Solares, so we went to the next street to leave, the advisor sounds his horn, so I return, when we approach him I was going to say thank you but before I can say something to him rudely he comments to us: "Yes, will they come out please?"
He drove us to the entrance just to make sure we were going to get out, once he was out he turned his car and got back in.
I have never had such a dour and unfriendly advisor. The advisors are the image and the heart of a real estate, it is important to take care of the service they provide. I would have gladly shown you our registration with the CC or AMPI association, or the articles of incorporation of our real estate agency if that way they had received a better treatment.
Later I found out that a colleague from another real estate agency had an appointment on the same property with the same advisor and they did NOT ask her if she was also in partnership like us, and that she even left her the keys to show the property, even though we were even He almost ran us out of the Fraccionamiento. Unfortunately, I want to think that just because we were young, he treated us so badly, or he thought that we were just going to see or that we were not consultants, but for this profession there are no ages and you should not judge anyone.
