Der Kuchen ist nichts außergewöhnliches, eher Durchschnitt. Zudem sind nur einzelne im All-Inclusive enthalten, viele Kosten extra (leider).

 Cakes okay, coffee is good, but the service is great as usual!
The cake is nothing extraordinary, just average. In addition, only a few are included in the all-inclusive, many costs extra (unfortunately).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es genial que el hotel cuente con un coffee shop, sin embargo me decepcionó mucho la disminución de la calidad de sus bocadillos. Este local brinda servicio a los huéspedes de Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres, TRS y Family Selection.
Los había visitado hace 3 años, y quedé maravillada con el pay de limón que tenían. Así que fue lo primero que probé y ya es otra cosa. Probamos varios bocadillos, pero no están buenos. En general la calidad de los alimentos en el hotel ha bajado mucho. Ojalá lo cuiden, ya que es parte de lo que nos hace regresar.
Por otra parte, el servicio y las instalaciones, de maravilla. Muy agradable ambiente y el personal siempre amable y sonriente.

It is great that the hotel has a coffee shop, however I was very disappointed with the decrease in the quality of their sandwiches. This location serves guests of Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres, TRS and Family Selection.
I had visited them 3 years ago, and was in awe of the lemon pie they had. So it was the first thing I tried and it is already something else. We tried various sandwiches, but they are not good. In general the quality of food in the hotel has dropped a lot. Hopefully they take care of it, as it is part of what keeps us coming back.
On the other hand, the service and the facilities, wonderful. Very nice atmosphere and the staff always friendly and smiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought it was really neat the resort had its own little coffee shop for coffee fixes and the baristas definitely knew what they were doing. I didnt miss starbucks one bit. I had their iced chai on 3 occasions and it was wonderful. If you’re lucky enough to stay here try their carrot cake. It was absolutely divine! Probably one of the best ive tried.
