Excellent service from Eng. Jorge Hernández and his team of collaborators. They had to take the piano apart, lower it 3 stories and bring it to Querétaro. They did an excellent job and I already have my dear piano at home. Congratulations and thank you :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de este lugar! Me cobraron por arreglar un piano y nunca quedó bien, además se tardaron más de 1 año.
Cuando por fin lo fueron a dejar a mi departamento, en el primer piso, lo golpearon de 1 lado y quedaron en regresar para retocar y nunca lo hicieron. Todo el mecanismo se puso nuevo y nunca regresaron a terminar de afinarlo.
El dueño terminó negándose a mis llamadas.
No lo recomiendo.
Terrible service of this place! They charged me for fixing a piano and it never looked good, it also took more than 1 year.
When they finally left my apartment on the first floor, they beat him on one side and came back to retouch and never did. The whole mechanism became new and they never returned to finish tuning it.
The owner ended up refusing my calls.
I do not recommend it.

If you want to take a piano into the best sound condition possible this is the place.
