Terrible service of the Tinajera gentlemen. They broke the machinery. They promised to leave it well and they left everything wrong. I do not recommend them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos ladrones. Me vendieron un piano que funciono durante un par de meses y después siempre tuvo fallas. Se rehusaban a venir a arreglarlo y mintieron sobre la garantía que me ofrecieron. Se aprovechan de las personas que no saben sobre pianos.
They are thiefs. They sold me a piano that worked for a couple of months and then always had faults. They refused to come fix it and lied about the guarantee they offered me. They take advantage of people who don't know about pianos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son personas serias y bastante amables me repararon mi piano exelente trabajo de ebanisteria cambiaron el cabezal y algunos postes apolillados mi piano lo reconstruyeron en un 40% cambiaron martinetes y dejaron la maguinaria al 100% trabajo minusioso y profesional gracias pianisimo tinajera
They are serious and quite kind people, they repaired my piano, excellent cabinetmaking work, they changed the head and some moth-eaten posts, my piano they rebuilt it by 40%, they changed rammers and they left the magazine 100% minuscule and professional work, thanks pianisimo tinajera

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me lo vinieron a afinar el piano y arreglar detalles de una tecla y si lo afinaron pero el funcionamiento de varias teclas se afectó. Estuve llamando por meses para que vinieran a solucionarlo y me lo postergaban, y no me agendaban cita porque decían que se trataba de reparación. Nunca vinieron, acabo de llamar, y los sigo esperando 4 meses después.
They came to me to tune the piano and to arrange details of a key and if they tuned it but the operation of several keys was affected. I was calling for months to come and solve it and they postponed me, and they did not schedule me an appointment because they said it was a repair. They never came, I just called, and I keep waiting for them 4 months later.
