★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, a pesar de la variedad de productos que manejan pareciera que no quieren venderte, les mandas correo y no contestan marcas para información ya que no contestan los correos y te vuelven a pedir que mandes correo, solo te cotizan ciertas veces por que si no se concretan la venta te bloquean, trabajo en la industria con una gran variedad de proveedores y nadie da tan mal servicio como ellos, no entiendo como siguen en el mercado o como es que venden con tan pésimo servicio.
Terrible service, despite the variety of products they handle, it seems that they do not want to sell you, you send them mail and they do not answer marks for information since they do not answer the emails and they ask you again to send mail, they only quote you certain times because yes The sale does not materialize, they block you, I work in the industry with a wide variety of suppliers and nobody gives such bad service as they do, I don't understand how they are still in the market or how they sell with such terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, marco para saber si tienen en existencia algunos productos y muy groseramente me dicen que no me pueden dar información por teléfono solo por correo. Checo el correo y la semana pasada les mande uno solicitando la misma información. Nunca me contestaron, así que se me hace muy menso que no puedan decirme solo si lo manejan o no el producto, por que todo tiene que ser por correo, y si es el correo la única forma de comunicación por que no contestan!!!!!? No tiene sentido su estupenda estrategia......
Terrible service, a framework to know if they have some products in stock and they very rudely tell me that they cannot give me information by phone only by mail. I check the mail and last week I sent one requesting the same information. They never answered me, so I think that they cannot tell me only if they handle the product or not, because everything has to be by mail, and if mail is the only form of communication because they do not answer !!! !!? His stupendous strategy doesn't make sense ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, poca flexibilidad y deficiencia en el enfoque al cliente.
Pasé una muy mala experiencia intentando comprar con esta compañía, lidiar con sus políticas blindadas es muy complicado.
Afortunadamente los productos que manejan, al ser commodities, pueden ser adquiridos en otros lugares con mucha mejor actitud.
Terrible service, little flexibility, and poor customer focus.
I had a very bad experience trying to buy with this company, dealing with their armored policies is very difficult.
Fortunately, the products they handle, being commodities, can be purchased elsewhere with a much better attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es IMPOSIBLE comprar por primera vez, sus políticas de venta son estrictas y hasta tontas, no te pueden enviar datos bancarios hasta no recibir una prefactura misma que si no es pagada en dos horas su "sistema" te bloquea y no vuelven a dar precios ni venderte, siendo que casi todos los bancos demoran 2 hrs en dar de alta una cuenta.
Al llamar no tienen nada de amabilidad, lo único que mencionan es que todo es via correo electronico. Muy mala experiencia a pesar que ofrecen gran variedad de productos en su página parece que no quisieran venderte.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to buy for the first time, their sales policies are strict and even silly, they cannot send you bank details until they receive a pre-invoice, which if it is not paid in two hours, their "system" blocks you and they do not give prices or sell you, since almost all banks take 2 hours to register an account.
When calling they are not at all friendly, the only thing they mention is that everything is via email. Very bad experience even though they offer a wide variety of products on their page, it seems that they do not want to sell you.
