Me trataron fatal me gritaron le pido wue me venda algo y se niega sin que le aya dicho nada ni echo algo la neta no lo denunció por que me dan lastima

6 meses para que solo le arreglaran un joystick que no servía a tres controles, uno lo recogí según ya reparado y seguía con el mismo fallo, los otros dos? Los descompusieron, y en compensación me dieron otros dos los cuales que sorpresa, también venían descompuestos, muy careros pero compran pura baratija para arreglar nuestros productos y dejarlos peor que antes

Tiene buen servicio en sucursal , pero si WhatsApp es de adorno , en sucursal me dijeron que con el teléfono me podrían ayudar mejor y pues no lo parece.

Lleve a reparar un control, les aclare que pieza era la dañada, le modificaron otra cosa que si funcionaba bien, no le arreglaron lo que debían, no se comunicaron en dos semanas, tuve que ir a revisar que había pasado, cuando llego y reviso, veo que no le habían arreglado lo que les pedí, les volví a decir, le cambiaron la pieza en 1 minuto pero no sabían como volver a conectarlo, me dijeron que el encargado llegaba en media hora que el lo haría…pasó otra semana hasta que decidí volver a ir y ya estaba “listo”. Claro me “vendieron” la idea de que el precio de reparación incluía la primera pieza que le habían cambiado y que ya sabíamos que no era necesaria… solo para cobrarla. En resumen… mal servicio y Mala atención
