★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo trabajo lleve a restaurar unos cuadros, me dijeron que si los podían restaurar y me dieron una fecha de Entrega la cual ni cumplieron y para cuando me los entregaron estaban horribles y de mala forma dijeron que eso era lo único que podían hacer, aparte de que el trabajo que hicieron esta mal, no coincide con mi pedido y encima rompieron una de las fotos originales y la tiraron a la basura
Unos a otros se hechan la culpa, me cobraron por un trabajo mal hecho y que no era lo que les había pedido, creo que son muy deshonestos
Terrible work I took to restore some paintings, they told me that if they could restore them and they gave me a delivery date which they didn't even meet and by the time they were delivered they were horrible and in a bad way they said that that was the only thing they could do, apart from that the work they did is wrong, it does not match my order and on top of that they tore up one of the original photos and threw it in the trash
They blame each other, they charged me for a job poorly done and it was not what I had asked them to do, I think they are very dishonest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gran lugar para enmarcar, buena calidad en marcos y acabados, siempre tienen algo nuevo, es tardado por eso hay que ir con tiempo, de 1 a 2 HRS aprox, yo encargó desde un día antes mi trabajo para sólo ir a recoger, aceptan pagos en efectivo y tarjetas, tienen de todo para nosotros los fotógrafos, books, caja para CD, etc... Lo recomiendo ya que en otros lados se pueden tardar hasta semanas en entregar un sólo trabajo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cabo de recoger un trabajo. Pésima organización, la persona que me atendió nada servicial, si está en mostrador y no tiene la actitud para atender a un cliente que le va a pagar por su servicio. Para que la tienen ahí??? O si le molesta tanto ser amable y servicial.
Out to pick up a job. Terrible organization, the person who attended me was not helpful, if he is at the counter and does not have the attitude to attend to a client who is going to pay for his service. Why do they have it there??? Or if it bothers you so much to be nice and helpful.
