★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hicimos un pedido en línea para pick up, lo único que conseguimos fue una mala atención, en el peor modo nos dijo que el pedido estaba mal hecho.
Cuando le pedimos que nos ayudará a levantar el pedido porque necesitamos las piezas, su respuesta en tono pedante fue que esas piezas no las vende pese a que están en su página.
Definitivamente la marca es buena pero su atención al cliente no cumple por ningún lado las expectativas.
Terrible service, we made an online order for a pick up, the only thing we got was bad attention, in the worst way he told us that the order was wrong.
When we asked him to help us place the order because we need the parts, his reply in a pedantic tone was that these parts are not sold even though they are on his page.
Definitely the brand is good but its customer service does not meet expectations anywhere.
