★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo. Tome el curso para Rosca de reyes el 26 de dic 19. Fue horrible.
1° Nos dejaron esperando una hora (mientras limpiaban las mesas y trapeaban el lugar) por lo que empezo tarde el curso (iniciaba a las nueve según), nunca se presentaron, ni dieron explicaciones nada. El único fue el chef de cremería Americana que si se mostro atento y profesional
2°Muy poco profesional los organizadores ya que el material que se uso para la clase no fue la mantequilla la gloria, ni tenian preparada el área (le fueron a pedir trapos para limpiar al restaurante de al lado!! ) y les tuvimos que recordar que el curso incluía que enseñaran a hacer el Panetone... No fue práctico, solo nos mostraron al chef haciéndolo... 5 horas viendo...de 10 a 2 porque( en el cartel jamas decia que fuera demostrativo) 3° Al finalizar no dieron los ingredientes y oh sorpresa LEVADURA FRESCA CADUCA!!!!
lo vi despues de hacer mi rosca, y les pude avisar a mis compañeras de curso confirmando que todas estaban CADUCAS Que excelente primera impresión *Sarcasmo*

I do not recommend it. Take the course for Rosca de reyes on Dec 26, 19. It was horrible.
1st They left us waiting for an hour (while cleaning the tables and mopping the place) so the course started late (it started at nine o'clock), they never showed up, nor did they explain anything. The only one was the American creme chef who, if he was attentive and professional
2 ° Very unprofessional the organizers since the material that was used for the class was not the butter the glory, nor did they have the area ready (they were asking for rags to clean the restaurant next door !!) and we had to remind them that the course included teaching Panetone ... It was not practical, they only showed us the chef doing it ... 5 hours watching ... from 10 to 2 because (on the poster he never said it was demonstrative) 3 ° Al finish did not give the ingredients and oh surprise FRESH LEAVE EXPIRED !!!!
I saw it after making my thread, and I could tell my classmates confirming that they were all EXPIRED What an excellent first impression * Sarcasm *
