★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe this is the best option to stay in Jalcomulco.
Food is delicious... I've stayed there several times for pleasure, and business meetings, and everyone, from family to business colleagues did like the place very much. Not only the rafting experience, but also the rustic, and comfortable cottages.
Pool is clean, and being in the middle of a tropical Forrest helps to relax.
No cell phone service, but wifi available. If you want to make a phone call from you cell phone, you need to walk 100 meters towards the downtownt to get cell phone signal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to eat at this hotel. At first day at 8 pm nobody opened the gates.
At the 2nd day, afternoon there were not any menu. Only kinda 1 option of tasting menu. Around 5 plates for 250 pesos. But I wanted just one plate. Staff could offer smth small for us. Bud did not.
No vegan options. We just went to other place. Anyway the place looks nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has the most beautiful natural surroundings! It’s amazing to be surrounded by all kinds of jungle bird sounds, plants and trees of all kind, just stunning! The food was amazing! Kudos to the cook! And the staff are sooo nice! I would be back here to stay a million times! There is plenty of private places to work and relax, also if you are into meditation and yoga it’s got amazing places to be on your own surrounded by pure nature! Bring anti-mosquito spray!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally worth it! Excellent service from all the staff, the food is super tasty and the immersion with the nature is amazing. We reserved two rooms three nights in the glamping area, which is very inviting and relaxing. During our stay we did wellness and adventure activities. Rafting, canyoning, massage and temazcal are a must-do! Will definitely come back, wish we could have stayed longer!
