Lo trataron y atendieron muy bien.
Aunque la actitud del personal la sentí poco amigable y la doctora que me asignaron un tanto hostil.
Pero en fin que bien que hay lugares especializadas en aves

Me parece q atienden a todo tipo de animales, pero yo los ubico por atención a aves, mamíferos pequeños y especies exóticas.
Como tienda es muy completa. Compro comida y accesorios para mi conejita.
Y como veterinaria, han atendido a mi coneja en dos ocasiones. Muy feliz con la atención y el trato. Me gusta xq te hablan directo y se ve q les gusta lo q hacen.

It seems to me that they cater to all kinds of animals, but I place them for attention to birds, small mammals and exotic species.
As a store it is very complete. I buy food and accessories for my bunny.
And as a veterinarian, they have treated my rabbit twice. Very happy with the attention and the treatment. I like because they talk to you directly and you can see that they like what they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud del personal, hoy asistí a este establecimiento y no le dieron solución a mi AVE, tengo más de 18 años con mi ave y pocas veces se ha enfermado pero ya ha sido atendido de lo mismo por lo cual ya se como se debe atender, ellos mencionaron que tenía que dejarlo hospitalizado, si lo único que necesitaba era antibiótico en gotas las cuales tampoco quisieron venderme, xq argumentaban que ellos tenían que aplicarlas cada 24 horas por 7 días, desgraciadamente trabajo y no puedo salirme todos los días para llevarlo y que lo atiendan, fue una pésima experiencia y no lo recomiendo, desgraciadamente solo quieren lucrar con la salud de nuestras mascotas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un pésimo servicio, el chavo que atendió grosero en su totalidad, lleve a qué vacunaran a mi perrito y salió temblando mucho le pregunté al chico que por le pasó eso y muy déspota me contestó que eso le pasa a los perros corrientes (es un french taza de te) me puse a discutir por qué sea de raza o no es el cariño que se les toma y solo se rió y me dijo eso es choros para la gente naca señora, apesar de que vio a mi hija llorando se atrevió a decir "no creo que pase de esta noche" un asco de servicio
