Estaba encantada con el producto hasta diciembre que compré entre otros productos un shampoo para cabello lacio , hoy comenté al ir por más productos que me había salido muy malo, que no tenía cuerpo , que el cabello olía a sucio y que era tan liquido que le duró una semana a mi hija . La chica de mostrador me dijo que en efecto ya les habían comentado varías personas eso y es que la base del shampoo había salido mala. Le comenté que por qué no nos habían llamado si tenían nuestros datos y se devolvía o lo componían es decir dar garantía, tomando en cuenta que además no es un producto económico, a lo que ella contestó que el proveedor de la base es quien la mandó mala y que picu no tenía la culpa por lo que ellos no podían hacer nada. Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente ! No garantizan su producto ? Y le pedí un número para dar mi observación y manifestó que no existía que solo por Instagram . Finalmente el otro shampoo lo regalé y no sé cómo salió . Miriam Niño Terrible customer service!
