★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar esta bien, se nota limpio, la recepcionista es muy atenta y la pedicurista que me atendió fue muy amable, sin embargo el pedicure no me encanto, tengo heridas leves en 3 dedos que sangraron durante el proceso y es incómodo al día siguiente usar tenis por que duele, sugiero poner más atención al detalle
The place is fine, it looks clean, the receptionist is very attentive and the pedicurist who attended me was very friendly, however I did not love the pedicure, I have slight wounds on 3 fingers that bled during the process and it is uncomfortable the next day to use tennis because it hurts, I suggest paying more attention to detail

Decidí regresar al pedicure y me dejaron 2 uñas incómodas y el pedicure no me lo hicieron como estoy acostumbrada sino que cortaron mas uña de lo que me acostumbran a cortar en cdmx. Regrese al día siguiente a qué me las arreglarán pero siguen molestando. Definitivamente no regresaré
The first time I went to have a nail dug up and they did very well. I decided to go back to the pedicure and they left me 2 uncomfortable nails and the pedicure was not done as I am used to, but they cut more nails than I am used to cutting in cdmx. Come back the next day to what they will fix me but they keep bothering me. I will definitely not return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRICKY TOES PAY TWICE THE PRICE.
The third time I went, the manager/owner decided that he was going to charge me double for a single pedi.
The super slow, albeit trying-their-best service, was just OK. Both times I left with pinching toes and got my manicures cancelled due to a “lack of time”.
Slow service is fine, it’s not an easy task… but deciding a new rate, on the spot, is just a shady business practice. His “hourly rates” aren’t listed anywhere in the store, price sheets, website, Facebook, or otherwise.
And on top of all this, the manager/owner was rude. ?
