★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tocó el tráfico al llegar, ya que la carretera nacional está de locos. Llegué 15 minutos tarde y ya no me quisieron atender porque "ya no" nada más me dijo el señor. Le pregunté que cuál era su tiempo de tolerancia y me contestó que "7 minutos". Se nota que no se preocupa por sus clientes y que no comprende que aveces hay cosas que también están fuera de nuestro control, adicionalmente a que no dimensiona que te puede llegar a afectar si tú ya tenías planeado ese servicio ese día. Mal servicio al cliente, ya que ni siquiera presentó alguna alternativa por ejemplo diciendo que me pudiera atender después de otro cliente o a tales horas o preguntar que si deseaba reagendar o hacer alguna excepción.
