I made an appointment over the phone and asked if they made acrylic stencils and how much they cost. They told me yes and what is there to come to a free appointment to evaluate my case and quote the templates. The doctor was almost 30min late and neither apologized nor told me anything about how late I was. He told me they don't actually make acrylic stencils because in his opinion it doesn't work. And he went on to give me a 1 hour speech on how he is the best at what he does and his technology is the most advanced. I didn't like its shape but it kind of convinced me. So I told him if we go ahead but he told me that this hour of talk had not been the evaluation and that he needed another half hour, which I could not take because I had another commitment. If the doctor had arrived on time and had simply done the evaluation from the beginning, I would have bought the templates. But it was 1.5 hours lost and a very strange experience with the doctor. I recommend that you look elsewhere if you want a more pleasant and efficient process.
