Quedaban en llamarme y nunca lo hacían , el estudio no sirvió porque las plantillas estaban mal hechas y me ocasionaron dolores en pies, y rodillas. Tuve que recurrir a mi ortopedista ya que provocó que retrasará mi rehabilitación .
Bad service, they gave me templates after a month. They kept calling me and never did, the study did not work because the templates were badly made and caused me pain in my feet and knees. I had to turn to my orthopedist as it caused me to delay my rehabilitation.

En Lindavista no tienen acceso a expedientes de otras sucursales por lo que no tienen la mínima idea de cómo dar seguimiento a un paciente y adicional la atención es pésima. Su respuesta es.... en la planta dónde fabrican las plantillas ahí comprarán los estudios de su hijo vs los anteriores.
Never go to a different branch where you started your follow-up. In Lindavista they do not have access to files from other branches so they do not have the slightest idea of how to follow up on a patient and additionally the care is terrible. His answer is ... in the plant where the templates are manufactured there they will buy the studies of his son vs the previous ones.

Muy insatisfecha del modelo de venta, de lo poco atentos en el seguimiento a mis incorformidades y que NO accedan a un reembolso, pese a la larga demora

En la segunda sesión no registraron mi cita para recoger mis plantillas y la señorita se mostró muy grosera a mi llegada, aún cuando fue error de su personal. Para recoger mis plantillas me reenviaron una cadena de correos que le habían enviado a otros clientes que no tienen nada que ver conmigo, donde tenían conversaciones ajenas a mi caso. Ni siquiera se tomaron el tiempo de mandar un correo a mí, sólo me reenviaron esa cadena de correos que es del 2021.
Very bad attitude of the staff. In my first session he was unpunctual. In the second session they did not register my appointment to pick up my templates and the lady was very rude when I arrived, even though it was a mistake of her staff. To collect my templates, they forwarded me a chain of emails that they had sent to other clients who have nothing to do with me, where they had conversations unrelated to my case. They didn't even take the time to send me an email, they just forwarded me that email chain that is from 2021.
