Pig's Pearls Pannarama - 44610 Guadalajara

They were one of my favorites and I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth. The crab croquettes are rich but the two burgers we ordered were not. Overly salty and seasoned, the maple with bacon, this cooked map and tasted more like pork than beef. The chimichurri in the same way, the very salty meat, the chili and panela helped little to balance the salty but it was not rich, the bread is the only thing fresh and deli. Don't ask for French fries, or tell the waiter don't put seasoning on them and bring it aside. They are sold as a place specialized in craft beer, they did not have a great variety and the Blonde that we ordered, was not that cold. I would not go back, since there are more and more rich burger options in Guadalajara and Zapopan, such as Gaspar (delicious and they take great care of quality and seasoning and they also have a great variety of craft beers, as well as Red's, or Caníbal)

Definitely among my favorite burgers, this time I visited the Pannarama branch, which I loved of course no more than the parent branch ?, my favorite is the Maple burger and this time I ordered it from beef, very rich but I still prefer the one from ??, we also asked for some crab croquettes, no, no, delis !!! ... Excellent service, reasonable prices and great flavor, I recommend visiting both branches ??

The fried panela with Lebanese sauce is pure perfection ? I loved it ... Then my lamb burger with goat cheese, onion jam and more, it is one of the best burgers I have ever tried probado The maple burger is another one of my top. They complement very well with salad or chips with salt and pepper (they do not need anything else). The drink of the day was super rich, sweet without being cloying. And for dessert, Estelito, everything you can ask for in a single dessert: chocolate sponge cake, chocolate ice cream with vanilla foam and praline sesame: delicious ... In addition to the dressings (the mayonnaise with curry, I love it). And apart from all, the waiter who served us is very friendly and knows very well what goes with what, and the entire production process, increasingly self-sustaining. It feels good to know that you are eating delicious and healthy: D I'll be back soon :)

I like that the taste and quality of the food is similar to that of the parent company, however the service is regular, inattentive and distracted. The price is $160 pesos or more for a hamburger. They are not cheap in relation to the quantity, however their taste is good. The Pannarama space is small for you to consider.

We visited this place on the recommendation of a friend, who found out that I hadn't eaten a hamburger in two years. And it really seems like a good option to get out of the diet, I ordered the lamb one, and it tasted like heaven! I also really liked that they have a variety of craft beers. We tried all the ones they had available and I recommend them.
