Los conocí en la expo de interiorismo, me pidieron el 50% de adelanto para mandar a fabricar, pagué y me dijeron que en tres meses me entregaban, pasados esos tres meses me dicen que son tres meses hábiles, después de ese tiempo me dicen que debo pagar el total para mandar a hacer los muebles y si no pago todo no empiezan el pedido. No me quieren regresar mi dinero a menos que me quiten el 40% de lo que les di. ¡ESTA EMPRESA ES UN FRAUDE!

PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!! Compramos un comedor en el mes de Enero lo liquidamos el 6 de enero y es tiempo que aún no nos lo entregan, siempre ponen alguna excusa por la cual no se ha entregado que según es por la ruta de entrega, pero se me hace ilógico que si ya se liquido desde el mes de Enero y eran supestamente 2 meses para entregarlo y estamos en Mayo y no se haya podido realizar lar entrega, muy amables a la hora de atender y tratar de que les compremos, pero cuando unos les pide información sobre su pedido hasta se molestan MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA, NO ES RECOMENDABLE, DE ENVALDE QUE SEA UNA TIENDA RECONOCIDA SI NO TIENEN UNA BUENA INFRAESTRUCTURA EN LAS ENTREGAS, Y SOBRE TODO QUE TE COBREN EL FLETE EN MUCHAS MUEBLERIAS NO LO COBRAN, TIENEN MEJOR TIEMPO DE ENTREGA Y UNA MEJOR INFRAESTRUCTURA LAS MUEBLERIAS QUE NO TIENEN RENOMBRE, SOLO ESPERO QUE LA CALIDAD DEL COMEDOR QUE ME ENTREGUEN NO SEA MALA COMO LO MENCIONAN EN MUCHOS DE LOS COMENTARIOS Y QUE HAYA VALIDO LA PENA LA ESPERA, Lástima que no leí antes el mal historial de esta empresa PIGA, si no, no me hubiera metido en problemas

HORRIBLE!!! Mala atención al cliente, te tardan muchísimo y cuando quieres cancelar por la tardanza y la incongruencia de lo que te dicen por que te da mala espina , LES SALES DEBIENDO!!! Te multan por querer cancelar que es casi el 40% de tu compra o te obligan a comprar algo más caro, No hay manera en la que te regresen tu dinero y se ponen groseros y mal plan los vendedores como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. LA PEOR COMPRA DE MI VIDA !!!! Eviten dolores de cabeza y peleas, no compren en esta tienda

La peor. Desde octubre hicimos un pedido, nos dijeron 60 a 90 días hábiles a partir de noviembre que se terminaron las modificaciones...entrega estimada Abril. Ya estamos casi a junio y ni siquiera una llamada de seguimiento para disimular algo de atención a los clientes, nada. Están escondidos y a ver para cuando quedan nuestros muebles. Ni se arriesguen en pararse ahí.

TERRIBLE, FATAL, un verdadero FRAUDE. HUYAN!!! Los conocí en la Expo de muebles del WTC y les compre una sala, misma que llegó después de 115 días hábiles, siendo que el plazo de entrega era de 60 a 90, ah y también para nada con el nivel de firmeza acordado en la Expo . También les compré un comedor y un mueble para la tv (obvio antes del display de mentiras y engaños) y además de que llegó también más de 100 días hábiles después, me llegó el comedor con la base incorrecta, y el mueble de la televisión con una puerta defectuosa; estos dos muebles los compré en agosto y apenas hoy 21 de febrero me entregaron la base de mi comedor y la puerta defectuosa sigue pendiente. Jamás se comprometieron a una fecha de entrega, y cuando lo hacían era una mentira, no se reportaban, culpaban a la fábrica o la fletera. Con todo y retrasos cobraron los fletes y me estuvieron mintiendo y engañando por meses. La PEOR experiencia de compra de muebles por pedido. De verdad evítense los corajes y los enojos. No vale la pena!! Adjunto fotos de la base original y la que llegó y de la puerta defectuosa.

Es la peor experiencia de compra que he tenido, Fernando de interlomas me vendió un mueble prometiendo fecha de entrega entre 2 y 3 meses, los cuales no cumplió, ya que recibí mi mueble 7 meses después de haber realizado mi compra, y durante todo el tiempo que se atrasaba mi mueble el mismo Fernando solo me mentía y su mejor respuesta era decir "estamos manejando 20 días hábiles de entrega". Tienen la peor atención con sus clientes, una vez que les compras les vale si cumplen o no ya que para ellos ya tienen el dinero y jamas te lo regresaran. Yo les recomendaría comprar en cualquier otro lado si quieren evitarse un gran dolor de cabeza

Servicio de atención al cliente pésimo y el servicio de entrega de lo peor o nefasto ., compre un comedor , que me prometieron entregarlo en 40 días hábiles , ya pasaron más de los 40 días y que según no saben nada , que producción según no lo tiene , siempre que visito la tienda ay un pero .!! Esto es en la tienda de plaza Jardín en Nezahualcóyotl. No , lo recomiendo y sugiero no compren aquí .

I was so embarrassed that my husband contacted the store, but the factory said there was no problem at the time of shipment and it was our responsibility. I'm so angry and upset that this is the result of waiting for five months. I'd like to tell you not to buy anything from this company because there might be people suffering like me.
