It is closed all the time. They never answer the phone. If you write to them by fb or their page they do not answer. They are definitely not professionals. Don't risk your body with these types of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vayas aquí a menos que quieras gastar tu dinero y terminar con una ceja rasurada. He tenido microblading antes y esta fue la peor experiencia que he tenido. Afirman "perfección y calidad" en su pagina de internet, pero nada que ver. Mis cejas quedaron completamente diferentes y se ven horribles. De echo una acabo con dos picos en la punta. Les envié un mensaje al día siguiente para que la corrigieran y se negaron a ayudarme. Ahora tengo que maquillarme las cejas para cubrir su trabajo. Ir allí fue la peor decisión que tomé en mucho tiempo. Les pedí que me devolvieran mi dinero ya que tendre que gastarme mas en laser y volvermelo a hacer y también se negaron ayudarme. Obviamente la satisfacción del cliente no es su prioridad.
Don't go here unless you want to spend your money and end up with a shaved brow. I have had microblading before and this was the worst experience I have ever had. They claim "perfection and quality" on their website, but nothing to do with it. My eyebrows are completely different and they look horrible. In fact one ended up with two peaks at the tip. I texted them the next day to correct it and they refused to help me. Now I have to put on my eyebrows to cover her work. Going there was the worst decision I made in a long time. I asked them to give me my money back since I will have to spend more on laser and do it again and they also refused to help me. Obviously customer satisfaction is not your priority.
