 They understand very well what you can do / what you cannot do depending on your type of injury. The class is personalized, they help everyone, and very focused on wellness and strengthening. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a PILATES studio in Mexico City, this is the one! I had an amazing experience during my visit to the capitol, and I highly recommend this place.
First of all, my instructor Gabriela was great. She was able to teach the class easily in both English and Spanish while also delivering an accessible yet challenging session. She was friendly, helpful, and I felt incredible afterwards. The studio also offers many different types of classes depending on your level and needs, so I was able to try a few different ones during my stay which was super fun!
Second, the location is perfect. It's right beside the beautiful Parque Espana in the Condesa/Roma Norte neighbourhoods. I was able to easily walk there from my air bnb apartment, everything is new and impeccably clean, and they even have a delicious cafe located inside. I thoroughly enjoyed a healthy yet tasty breakfast and coffee after my class without even leaving the building.
Finally, their prices are super reasonable. If you are a new student they offer a few different INTRO options, so you can try some classes and experience for yourself how great the instructors and studio are before committing to any bigger packages :)
