The classes are very good, although the team is a bit old if I recommend they come. The instructors are rotated so you never get bored

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy cara cada clase pero los instructores saben lo que hacen. El ejercicio es óptimo para cuando se tiene alguna lesión que inmoviliza alguna parte del cuerpo. Las camas no son ni muy nuevas ni muy viejas. La secretaria en general está al pendiente.
Very expensive each class but the instructors know what they do. The exercise is optimal for when you have an injury that immobilizes any part of the body. The beds are neither too new nor too old. The secretary in general is on the lookout.

They offer pilates routines from early day and with parking area, the place is small but the number of people very suitable for it.
