★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los pilates con aparatos Reformer, Cadi y demás...han hecho de mi lesión en columna sea casi imperceptible ya; a los 10 años que llevo de practicarlos; pues después de un diagnóstico con 2 hernias discales en lumbares, el ejercicio de alto impacto era IMPOSIBLE de practicarse, y ahora corro, practico TRX y Pole Dance gracias a PILATES y las instructoras: Lore y Vero, de Pilates Reformer Echagaray. Pilates with Reformer, Cadi and other devices ... have made my spinal injury almost imperceptible already; at the age of 10 I have been practicing them; because after a diagnosis with 2 herniated discs in lumbar, the high impact exercise was IMPOSSIBLE to practice, and now I run, I practice TRX and Pole Dance thanks to PILATES and the instructors: Lore and Vero, from Pilates Reformer Echagaray.
