Laura la instructura está muy al tanto de cómo haces los ejercicios, y al tener problemas de espalda se asegura que no tenga molestias y que fortalezca lo más posible las áreas que necesito. Además, al final de la clase hay un momento de relajación que hace que salgas sintiéndote excelente!
