★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor lugar de Pilates en la ciudad. Pilates me ha ayudado mucho con mi postura, he mejorado mi respiración. Debido al asma necesitaba una disciplina más amigable con mi condición física, me gustan las clases son exigentes pero a tu propio ritmo. Los maestros son profesionales y verdaderamente interesados en tu bienestar. El equipo administrativo, son los más atentos y amables, siempre me ayudaban a agendar mis clases y además me regalaron 4 clases por mi cumpleaños. Estoy muy contenta por el servicio. Los recomiendo ampliamente :)
 The best Pilates place in the city. Pilates has helped me a lot with my posture, I have improved my breathing. Due to asthma I needed a more friendly discipline with my physical condition, I like the classes are demanding but at your own pace. Teachers are professionals and truly interested in your well-being. The administrative team, they are the most attentive and friendly, they always helped me to schedule my classes and they also gave me 4 classes for my birthday. I am very happy for the service. I highly recommend them :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los instructores son excelentes, a veces exigentes pero para que se pueda lograr un buen resultado nos ayudan a pasar nuestros límites. El único problema por el que no regresaría es la atención de una de las recepcionistas, tiene una actitud muy pesada como si fuera un favor ir a pagar nuestros paquetes, y si hay algún malentendido no ofrece soluciones y se molesta con uno.
The instructors are excellent, sometimes demanding but so that a good result can be achieved they help us to pass our limits. The only problem for which I would not return is the attention of one of the receptionists, has a very heavy attitude as if it were a favor to go to pay our packages, and if there is any misunderstanding does not offer solutions and is bothered with one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a una clase muestra, hicimos el proceso que se nos indicó cuando pedimos informes para poder tomar esta clase, nos registramos, reservamos la clase, nos llegaron 3 mails de confirmación; llegamos un poco antes a la clase 18:10 y la clase era 18:30, nos pasaron hasta las 18:50 pidieron nuestro registro y nos llegó un mail de que ahora estábamos en la lista de espera, pero aún así nos pasaron a las camas de pilates a las 19:00; 19:05 nos corrieron de la clase por que habían llegado otras personas
I went to a sample class, we did the process that was indicated to us when we asked for information to be able to take this class, we registered, we reserved the class, we received 3 confirmation emails; we got to class a little earlier at 6:10 p.m. and the class was at 6:30 p.m., they put us up until 6:50 p.m. they asked for our registration and we got an email saying that we were now on the waiting list, but they still put us up to 6:50 p.m. pilates beds at 7:00 p.m.; 19:05 they kicked us out of the class because other people had arrived

Desde que me acerqué al local CERO DISPOSICIÓN DE ATENCIÓN.
Prácticamente no me permitieron el acceso,
argumentando que me mandarían la información de inscripción por WhatsApp... cosa que tampoco hicieron.
Sin embargo les agradezco esa atención, de esta forma me evitaron llegar a un lugar POCO PROFESIONAL.
AWFUL SERVICE EVEN WITHOUT HAVING REGISTERED....
Since I approached the local ZERO DISPOSITION OF ATTENTION.
They practically did not allow me access,
arguing that they would send me the registration information by WhatsApp... which they did not do either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visiting DF for a week and just wanted to go and take a quick class. My Spanish is very basic but I've done Pilates for quite a few years. This studio is not fancy and the equipment is a little worn out, but it's clean and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. I took the 11:00 class and the instructor (didn't get her name, but she had brown hair and wore a hat) was good, and came around to check often that I was able to follow along and I found her class easy to follow along. There is no attitude in this studio, it'd be a great place to take a quick class or start as a beginner. I would go again and would recommend!
