Volví más tarde para encontrar la misma actitud de una nueva persona. Nunca regrese y no me dieron ánimos de ello.
Deben cuidar la atención a clientes potenciales y estar preparados para ello.
I attended for the first time to request reports and to take classes and received very bad customer service. They don't provide pertinent information and leave you waiting like you're doing them a favor. Also unpunctual.
I came back later to find the same attitude from a new person. I never came back and they didn't encourage me about it.
They must take care of the attention to potential clients and be prepared for it.
