Señal de llamadas falla mucho se va la señal a cada rato. datos lentos casi como Movistar muy mal servicio lentisimo

Nunca hay señal esta lentísimo viaje a usa y súper lento de verdad deberían salir del mercado @luisitocomunica solo funciona bien en mi casa en verdad si tienen iPhone 13 no usen esta compañía ni siquiera funciona iMessage

No hay nada peor en una compañía que tenga una mala atención a sus clientes, quiere decir que no los valoran! Imposible que te atienda alguien, tienen un bot espantoso y barato, me cuesta a la fecha enlazar llamadas, y no hay arreglo… pensé que iba a ser buena idea, no lo fue. No se cambien!

Como es posible que gaste 3 gb en 3 días, siendo que en telcel me gasto 1 gb cada 10 días aprox con el. Mismo uso! Esto es porque redes sociales no son ilimitadas, solo puedes deslizar hacia abajo pero si empiezas a ver videos o reels te acabas tus datos. Definitivamente nada recomendado, me arrepiento completamente de cambiarme de compañia. Muchas gracias @luisito!
How is it possible that I spend 3 GB in 3 days, since in Telcel I spend 1 GB every 10 days with it. Same use! This is because social networks are not unlimited, you can only swipe down but if you start watching videos or reels you run out of data. Definitely nothing recommended, I completely regret changing companies. Thank you very much @luisito!

Estoy en Monterrey, donde las señales están al 100 con 4g en todas las operadoras, y pillofon me da 3g y bajada de 2 megas, no sirve. y la atencion a cliente espantosa, no pude localizar atencion a clientes por los diferentes medios, todo la atencion a clientes la tienen automatizada. pura maquina la que te contesta y asi despues de 2 horas logre que un humano me contestara en llamada.
I'm in Monterrey, where the signals are at 100% with 4g in all the operators, and pillofon gives me 3g and a download of 2 megabytes, it doesn't work. and the horrible customer service, I could not locate customer service through the different means, all customer service is automated. pure machine that answers you and so after 2 hours I managed to get a human to answer me on call.

La verdad, compré la SIM de Telcel a PilloPhone. Me arrepiento muy duro de esto. No tuve señal durante 4 días y en mi trabajo es esencial tener señal. Posterior a esto una vez funcionando el chip este no recibía buena señal. Compré el OLV y sí, OLV que me arrepiento de haberlo hecho. No tengo señal casi nunca y cuando sí tengo, los datos me corren súper lentos. Además a esto es prácticamente imposible conectar con alguien al servicio al cliente ya que todo está automatizado. Mi sugerencia no todo lo que brilla es oro. Vete a lo seguro, Telcel, Movistar etc ya que este por muy buena promoción que sea al final es una estafa.

Worst network so far, telcel is way better. I am a out of towner and wanted to have internet and international calls for work. Took pillo, worked for 1 week and then was garbage. It was constantly asking for my phone number. I can't properly get a connection to make a decent phone call. This is trash. I think the person who invested in this got ripped because it is the worst data internet. My lte is so slow that I rather like to be on my wifi. The phone call are okay when they work. I was in mexico so the calls were fine but the international phone calls was really bad. We had to purchase a telcel chip. I had a friend who is plan stopped working after 2 weeks. We paid for a month and in 2 weeks it was over. It was a rip off. We paid 15 cdn for the chip and 23 for the plan cdn for the chips. I paid 15 cdn and 40 cdn for mine in total 1382 pesos . It was pure garbage. I would not recommend to anyone this carrier.if I had the option to give 0, I would.
