★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo la canción, estoy a la mitad d esta carretera y que sea lo q seaaaa... Y la birria apareció, un buen sabor, las quesadillas igual, las tortillas recién hechas es lo q siempre le dará puntos extras a los lugares de comida típica... Solo q el café de Olla, ese si le faltó saborcito, pero nada q no sea llevadero... El mesero muy bien, a pesar q estaba el solito, calmado y amable.
No tengan miedo probar lugares distintos... Sin miedo al éxito
 Like the song, I'm in the middle of this road and whatever it is... And the birria appeared, a good flavor, the quesadillas the same, freshly made tortillas is what will always give extra points to food places typical... Only that Olla's coffee, that one if it lacked a little flavor, but nothing that was not bearable... The waiter very well, even though he was alone, calm and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place next to the road - if you go to Tapalpa from Guadalajara stop here. Great food and service! Birria is a very nice Mexican food - like a diluted stew or a very thick soup. They prepare the meat in a stone oven for a long time. Eat it :).
