★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, se supone que abren a las 9 y abren a la hora que quieren, te atienden cuando se les da la gana, encargué un pedido para dos días después y cuando lo fui a recoger no lo tenían hecho, me pidieron que regresara en una hora y cuando regresé aun no lo tenían listo y me hicieron esperar otra media hora, lo que más molesta es que cuando llegué por el material las señoras estaban platicando y mi encargo estaba en el mostrador sin terminar. La única estrella que doy es por su producto porque es de calidad, pero el servicio es pésimo, ojalá lo solucionen porque vale mucho la pena el producto.
Very bad service, they are supposed to open at 9 and they open at the time they want, they serve you when they feel like it, I ordered an order for two days later and when I went to pick it up they didn't have it done, they asked me to come back In an hour and when I returned they still did not have it ready and they made me wait another half hour, what is most annoying is that when I arrived for the material the ladies were talking and my order was on the counter unfinished. The only star I give is for their product because it is of quality, but the service is lousy, hopefully they will solve it because the product is very worthwhile.
