Mi esposa fue a comprar un obsequio y no quería invertir demasiado, pues no era para ella misma o alguien muy querido. Sólo un compromiso muy puntual. Y como vió en la página web de la marca algunas promociones y quiso evitar los tiempos de entrega, llegó preguntando por ellas. Me dice que la dueña casi se infarta pues le dijo de manera muy grosera, que estaba harta de que los clientes llegaran preguntando por artículos cuyos precios estaban en promoción on line pero que la suya era una franquicia independiente (?) y que no iba a encontrar los mismos precios. No contenta con eso, y supongo que al ver la expresión de extrañeza de mi esposa frente a su agresividad, quiso justificar su actitud diciendo que a los clientes les daba igual si eran artículos de la nueva temporada o viejos, como si fueran incapaces de apreciar. Creo que si bien la marca está un poco sobrevalorada aunque tengan cierta calidad, obviamente hay cosas que valen más su precio y en este caso, en ocasiones no es así. León es una ciudad con poder adquisitivo pero siempre veo esta tienda sola y sin clientes. No será porque no haya dinero para comprar, sino para evitar a una propietaria grosera con un trato muy corriente. Algún complejo tendrá para ir de sobrada con su actitud. Leo comentarios de que con otras personas se ha portado elitista. Muy mal, porque en esa tienda el que entra es porque puede pagar y sabe a lo que va, pero si tienen tantito mundo, no serán clientes fáciles que paguen por cualquier cosa, si el valor no lo justifica. La atención del personal buena, excepto de la señora que me imagino es la gerente, las veces que he comprado he visto que su atención hacia los demás es un poco elitista. r	roberto antonio arredondo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi esposa y a mi nos encanta esta marca, solo me gustaría comentarles que tuve una mala experiencia en la tienda que esta ubicada en Plaza Mayor, hace unos días viaje a León y decidí pasar a comprar algunos artículos para mi esposa, estando ya afuera de la tienda, decidí tomarle una foto al huipil que tenían en el maniquí para mandárselo a mi esposa y asegurarme de que era el que ella quería, en ese momento una Señora de la tercera edad salió gritándome que no podía tomar fotos y yo entiendo las políticas de la empresa, pero el trato que ella me dio al gritarme muy enojada y agresiva, mi respuesta fue decirle que entonces como iba a comprar y su respuesta fue !PUES NO COMPRE¡ se dio la vuelta y me dejo hablando solo. Solo como consejo esta persona de la Tercera edad no la deberían de tener trabajando para ustedes ya que los representa muy mal y por lo que veo en los comentarios trata muy mal ala gente, no soy el único que ha recibido mal trato de ella. Me fui y volví a regresar solo para decirle que era una persona muy ruda y que lo estaba haciendo muy bien y iba a vender mucho con esa actitud, solo me contesto que ella era la dueña. Muy mal Pineda Covalin deberían tomar cartas en el asunto, ya tantos cometarios malos para esta persona y ustedes no hacen nada. Entonces, la señora que mencionan elitista también se portò extraño conmigo....haciendo preguntas indiscretas como si ese hombre que me acompañaba quién era....si era mi galàn?
