For a luxury store, the deal was terrible. I imagine that they do not give that treatment to the clients of the hotel or the store would no longer be, which would imply discrimination. It is a real shame.

Los tapetes "sanitizantes" no sirven. No se han enterado de que el covid-19 se transmite por aire.
Desafortunadamente no tenían una pieza que buscaba, pero me informaron dónde conseguirla.
Not very good attention. The young woman who is currently attending does not have the best manners. His partner, a lady who is in the box, is much friendlier and provides better service.
"Sanitizing" mats are useless. They have not learned that COVID-19 is transmitted by air.
Unfortunately they didn't have a part I was looking for, but they did let me know where to get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store clerk did not fill out the invoice properly. Thus, we could not get our sales tax credit of almost $100. We went back to have the invoice corrected, but the manager refused because the transaction was from a day before. All he could say was that he was sorry.
