Esto fue gracias a que se ofertó el menor monto de subvención, el cual fue de Ps.679.8 mills., representando una diferencia de Ps.490.2 mills. vs. el concursante que quedó en segundo lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está un complicado llegar. Me tocó ir a brindar un servicio de TI y me costó trabajo ya que no hay algún letrero que mencioné es el edificio. Se ubica por la palmeras que hay. Debes llevar identificación para entrar y el contacto con el que vas. No hay acceso para silla de ruedas ni rampa. Cuenta con estacionamiento pero desconozco el proceso.
It is a complicated to arrive. I had to go to provide an IT service and it cost me work since there is no sign that I mentioned is the building. It is located by the palm trees that there are. You must carry identification to enter and the contact you are going with. There is no wheelchair access or ramp. It has parking but I don't know the process.

Solicito por éste medio que a sus supervisores los capaciten ya que por tardarme unos minutos en sacar mi dinero, se molesta y sus comentarios fueron aquí yo soy el supervisor y cuando no me tardé mucho. La cajera de igual manera molesta, pagamos por un servicio tanto vial, buenas condiciones en carretera y buena atención personal en general. Muchas gracias.

Good afternoon,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su personal de atención a clientes y sobre todo de FACTURACIÓN son sumamente groseros, cuando estás haciendo sugerencias te cuelgan sin dar solución, sus teléfonos que tienen como contacto no contestan, no les gusta su trabajo porque te hablan de una manera déspota y prepotente como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor. Mal servicio por parte de sus empleados que contestan de mal manera sus teléfonos, si no les gusta su trabajo mejor consíganse otro.
Their customer service staff and especially BILLING staff are extremely rude, when you are making suggestions they hang up on you without giving a solution, their contact phones do not answer, they do not like their work because they speak to you in a despotic and arrogant manner as if They were doing us a favor. Bad service from your employees who answer their phones in a bad way, if you don't like your job better get another one.
