★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de atención telefónica. Respondió mi llamada una señorita, hice una pregunta simple: ¿Pueden ayudarme a comprar un boleto de avión?. La respuesta que recibí: Somos una agencia de viajes, yo creo sí podemos vender boletos de avión. ¿Qué tipo de respuesta es esa? No estoy seguro si debí formular mi pregunta de manera que expresará que necesitaba el boleto para ese momento o sí la señorita lo tomo como broma. Me parece que deberían tener un poco más de profesionalismo al atender a un cliente, más bien dicho, a quienes querían serlo.
Terrible telephone service. A young lady answered my call, I asked a simple question: Can you help me buy a plane ticket? The answer I received: We are a travel agency, I think we can sell plane tickets. What kind of answer is that? I'm not sure if I should have phrased my question in a way that will express that I needed the ticket for that moment or if the lady took it as a joke. It seems to me that they should have a little more professionalism when serving a customer, rather, those who wanted to be.
