★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I deviated from my usual chicken fried steak and eggs which are always good, to blueberry pancakes. They were huge! Sadly they weren't all that good. I'm not sure what was off. Certainly not lite and fluffy, rather dense and chewy. Staff always pleasant and place spick and span. Everything else I've eaten here is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Peñasco blast from the past, sti goig strong. Dave and much better half do great job. Pool Volleyball, Corn hole and dart tournaments weeky. Food is still spot on with great daily specials. Service is good, highly recommended for one of my favorite breakfast places. "Peñasco Pride" Thanks Team! A+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time to the Pink Cadillac was probably 10 years ago for breakfast. They do a good job on breakfast! The food is good the service is good with good prices. There are so many good places to eat in Rocky Point I still return to the Pink Cadillac.
