★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una compra por internet y les pregunté por Instagram las medidas de un collar; cuando mencioné el largo que yo estaba buscando me dijeron que justo ese era. Al llegar el paquete, medí la pieza y era 5cm más corto de lo que me dijeron. Al escribirles me dijeron que “lo iban a ver con la encargada” dos semanas después volví a escribirles y no volví a recibir ninguna respuesta. El producto no está mal pero no creo que sea justo que mientan en las especificaciones de los productos.
I made a purchase online and asked them on Instagram for the measurements of a necklace; When I mentioned the length I was looking for, they told me that it was just that. When the package arrived, I measured the piece and it was 5cm shorter than what I was told. When I wrote to them, they told me that "they were going to see it with the manager" two weeks later I wrote to them again and I did not receive any response. The product is not bad but I do not think it is fair that they lie in the specifications of the products.

The collection that uses semi…precious natural stones is the best, original and classy. You can find them online as well. Check the ear cuffs, absolutely lovely. If you have the opportunity to vistit them in Expo Joya, their stand is a must.
Prices vary but the Italian silver and natural gems are worth it.
