De un material nos dijeron que no había por escasez en la fábrica, llamamos directamente a la fábrica y nos dicen que tienen el material suficiente, que este distribuidor no lo había solicitado. Nos decían una hora de entrega y la cambiaban a cada rato, además nos pedían pasar por material, del que supuestamente no había en ninguna parte, cuando ya nos habían cobrado el flete. Adicionalmente nos llegó material quebrado. Lamentablemente fue una decepción de compra. We placed an order that did not arrive on time, each time they committed to a delivery deadline that they did not meet, we were one week behind in construction. They told us that there was no material shortage in the factory, we called the factory directly and they told us that they had enough material, that this distributor had not requested it. They told us a delivery time and they changed it every so often, they also asked us to go through material, which supposedly was nowhere, when they had already charged us for the freight. Additionally, we received broken material. Unfortunately it was a purchase disappointment.
