Esther son tan estrictos en su cierre, que literal me negaron la venta de más pintura, aún cuando requería más 40 litros, por qué ya tenían que cerrar puntuales y lo más desagradable fue la manera tan déspota, de decirlo de una de las personas que atiende, el más cortes fue el que está en caja. Si tuvieran comisión por vender más pintura tal vez se hubieran preocupado por atenderme mejor! Cómo cliente hay dos cosas muy importantes CALIDAD Y SERVICIO...se los dejo de tarea!!!
For the branch that are in Sta. Esther they are so strict in their closure, that they literally denied me the sale of more paint, even though it required more 40 liters, because they already had to close on time and the most unpleasant thing was the despotic way, to say it of one of the people who attend, the most courteous was the one in the box. If they had a commission to sell more paint maybe they would have cared to serve me better! As a customer there are two very important things: QUALITY AND SERVICE ... I leave it to you for homework !!!
