Cuando lo devuelven, intentan cobrarle el precio completo por el artículo correcto porque ya está abierto. ¿Cómo se supone que debo saber que el artículo está mal etiquetado por este establecimiento sin abrirlo primero?
They give you the wrong tone and type of paint with a generic label and the color written in Sharpie. When they return it, they try to charge you the full price for the correct item because it is already open. How am I supposed to know that the article is mislabeled by this establishment without opening it first?
