Te venden lo que no tienen en esa tienda y ya que te cobran te informan que ellos no la tienen así que me mandaron a otra sucursal a recoger la mercancía que ellos me vendieron y que no tenían.

They sell you what they don't have in that store and since they charge you they inform you that they don't have it, so they sent me to another branch to pick up the merchandise that they sold me and that they didn't have.
