Appalling!!! Not one star deserves this place. They gave us an appointment for today, January 1st at 12 noon. I clearly asked if they would work first and they answered that they would be working and that they already had appointments scheduled from 10 am. We got to the place at 12 o'clock and it was closed. After several attempts to call, the lady finally answered and told us that the employee was on her way. We waited for 1 hour and he never came and they never answered the phone again. Shame on them! That is why businesses do not prosper, due to the mediocrity of their owners and employees.
