★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una comida que nunca había probado. Mi favorito fue el pionono de carne. Solito es bueno pero cuando le puse la salsa esa que te dan me pareció una explosión de sabor. Es increíble lo bueno que sabe el plátano con la carne y la salsa. Totalmente recomendado.
It is a food that I have never tasted. My favorite was the meat pionono. Alone it's good but when I put the sauce that they give you it seemed like an explosion of flavor. It's amazing how good plantain tastes with meat and sauce. Totally recommended.

The chef, Fernando, was kind enough to also give me a plate of savoury tostones (made from green plantain) on the house too! So affordable for the food you get. Highlight of my food today in the city.
