★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, los empleados siempre tienen una mega jetota, cierran en cuanto reciben el garrafon, no puedes ver si efectivamente lo lavan y la ultima vez que compre me salieron mis 2 garrafones con telas flotando, no se que serian, tuve que usar esa agua para mis plantas y limpieza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor opción del rumbo. Pides a domicilio tus garrafones y, si no llegan nunca, llegan con agujeros que hacen que poco a poco se les salga el agua en tu casa.
Hablé por teléfono para preguntar por qué no me habían entregado los garrafones que pedí y el dueño muy grosero ni me pidió disculpa ni nada. Yo le tuve que sugerir que me ofreciera una disculpa. Obviamente habla mucho de la importancia que le dan a su negocio.
Jamás regreso a un negocio con pésimo servicio al cliente.
Le sugiero a los dueños que se tomen un curso de atención al cliente y marketing ya que no tienen ni un poquito de educación ni buenos modales.
It is the worst option of the course. You order your jugs at home and, if they never arrive, they arrive with holes that cause the water to leak little by little in your house.
I spoke on the phone to ask why they had not delivered the jugs I ordered and the owner was very rude and did not apologize or anything. I had to suggest that he offer me an apology. It obviously speaks volumes about the importance they place on their business.
I never go back to a business with lousy customer service.
I suggest to the owners that they take a course in customer service and marketing as they have not a bit of education or good manners.
