Y	YARETZY PATRICIA OLGUIN RODRIGUEZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy bonitas instalaciones pero pésimo servicio en atención, nos cobraron precio de juegos extremos porque mi hija pasaba de los 3 años, y al querer subirse a los juegos extremos no la dejaron porque tenían que ser mayores de 4 años (no entiendo por que me hicieron pagar mas) en su cafetería no tenían nada de lo que ofrecían (terminamos comiendo palomitas ) considero que deben capacitar a sus empleados ya que son puros adolescentes con mala actitud, me toco ver como una niña que estaba sola, quería subirse a los juegos extremos y por la flojera de las chicas por no dejar de platicar y de ver su celular, no la quisieron atender en la tirolesa, tuve que acompañarla para que la atendieran, música cero adecuada para niños, la tienen para ellas mismas. very nice facilities but terrible service in attention, they charged us the price of extreme games because my daughter was over 3 years old, and when she wanted to get on the extreme games they did not let her because they had to be over 4 years old (I do not understand why they made me pay more) in their cafeteria they did not have anything that they offered (we ended up eating popcorn) I consider that they should train their employees since they are pure teenagers with a bad attitude, I had to see myself as a girl who was alone, she wanted to get on the extreme games and because of the laziness of the girls for not stopping talking and looking at their cell phones, they did not want to attend to her on the zip line, I had to accompany her to be attended to, zero music suitable for children, they have it for themselves.

El costó se me hizo sumamente barato, mi esposa y yo pasamos un aproximado de 3 a 4 horas, mientras mi niño jugaba y gastamos aproximadamente 500 pesos pudiendo alimentos y bebidas de la dulceria, hemos ido a otros lugares y hemos gastado mucho más.
