Lack of attention and service from the staff. If you don't ask, they don't peel you. I bought because I needed the tennis shoes but if they had not urged me I would not buy there.

They did not have my tennis size, but at this branch, they offered me to find my size in another of their stores; but the best they could do was get a pair of tennis shoes half a point bigger than I needed them.
