★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy pongo una queja a esta tienda por el personal que ahí labora. Llegué y pregunté si podíamos pasar , ya que llevaba yo 2 niños. Me dijeron que sí que esperara a que salieran unas personas ya que el aforo era 4 personas . Esperé, fue mucho tiempo mientras tanto regrese por suéteres al carro que estaba enfrente. Vi que le dieron acceso a mis niños y a su papá. Yo cuando volví a la tienda, comprendí que te niña que esperar a que saliera la otra pareja que estaba comprando. No objeté nada, pero me percaté que le dieron acceso a otra persona que corrió con la suerte de entrar sin formarse ya que no había más gente formada. Salió, me ignoraron y yo seguía afuera esperando entrar. Llegó un caballero que no sabía que debía formarse y yo le dije que debía esperar . Él aceptó y se formó.,la empleada le dio acceso a él t a mi no. Objetado que si yo quería pasar tendría q esperar a que saliera mi esposo. Nunca entendí su lógica, el caballero que acaba de entrar al escuchar todo se salió y me dijo que ya cancelara mis compras y me fuera que era absurdo la lógica d esa empleada. Yo le pedí acceso, todos íbamos por calzado. Y me dijo no. Grosera , inepta, n entendí su procedimiento sanitario. La pareja que estaba adentro antes que nosotros sólo hacía la compra para uno el otro solo merodeaba la tienda.
Today I make a complaint to this store because of the staff that works there. I arrived and asked if we could pass, since I had 2 children. They told me yes to wait for some people to come out since the capacity was 4 people. I waited, it was a long time in the meantime I returned for sweaters to the car that was in front. I saw that they gave access to my children and their father. When I went back to the store, I understood that the girl had to wait for the other couple I was buying to come out. I didn't object to anything, but I realized that they gave access to another person who was lucky enough to enter without lining up since there were no more people lined up. He went out, they ignored me and I was still outside waiting to get in. A gentleman arrived who did not know that he should line up and I told him that he should wait. He accepted and formed. The employee gave him access and not me. Objected that if I wanted to pass I would have to wait for my husband to come out. I never understood her logic, the gentleman who just entered when he heard everything left and told me to cancel my purchases and leave that the logic of that employee was absurd. I asked for access, we all went for shoes. And he told me no. Rude, inept, I didn't understand her sanitary procedure. The couple that was inside before us only did the shopping for each other, the other just hung around the store.
