★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré hace tres días unos tenis para regalo, los cuales se tienen que hacer cambio, sin embargo; no me quieren hacer el cambio porque la caja no tiene una etiqueta (la caja nunca se le quitó nada). A pesar de que se les está presentando el ticket y voucher de compra, dicen que por esa etiqueta que no tiene la caja no se puede volver subir al inventario... mi pregunta es: ¿qué tienen en inventario, el tenis o la caja? Dado que el tenis -es el producto- (esta en buen estado con sus códigos de identificación).
Three days ago I bought some tennis shoes for a gift, which have to be changed, however; They don't want to change me because the box doesn't have a label on it (the box never had anything removed).
